Coronavirus Update

03/05/2020 by admin

Following on from the President of Cyprus’ speech on the 29th April we are now aware of the scheduled easing of restrictions and as a result have started to take bookings again.

From today we are accepting bookings from the 21st May. We can only accept bookings from locals already in Cyprus. Our airports are likely to be closed until at least July.

We appreciate that some guests may wish to cancel their bookings due to the fear of catching the virus. Please check your refund policy as this depends on what OTA you have booked with (, airbnb, etc)

Full refunds can only be provided if your intended travel date is affected by restrictions here or in your home country. We can also change your booking to another date (if available), extra charges may be applicable due to price differences in the year.

Our guests health and well being has always been at the forefront of our business. We take pride in the cleanliness of our properties and we are confident that when you stay with us you have complete peace of mind.

But of course, we will be taking extra measures:

To ensure the maximum level of health and hygiene, our cleaning team will wear extra protective clothing such as gloves and masks, these will never be re-used in another property.

The cleaning of our properties is always checked by a supervisor or manager. This check will be more exhaustive to make sure we are doing everything we can

Studies show that the regular washing of bed linen and towels is sufficient in removing viruses or bacteria, however, as an extra measure, bedding will never be used in a property until it has been thoroughly laundered and 2 weeks have passed.

When we meet you at the property for whatever reason then we will be wearing a disposable mask and gloves. We will also scan the temperature of our guests which a handheld gun (no contact needed) – we hope that you’ll take this measure as a sign of prevention and that we are taking these precautions to help fight the spread of COVID-19
