Villa Lucia

Villa Lucia has luxury running through every room in the property. Once you walk inside, you will be taken aback by the attention to detail that has been provided for your stay.

On the ground floor there is one double bedroom with two large windows, providing ample light during the day. As well as blinds, the windows also have shutters fitted to keep the room cool. This room would be ideal for the elderly as the villa also has a shower room with WC on the ground floor.

The living and kitchen areas are combined, giving a light and airy feel to the villa. In the living area, there is a very comfortable sofa to relax on whilst watching movies/shows and even LIVE TV on the 40″ HD TV.

The kitchen area is very well equipped and is stylishly decorated with grey granite worktops and white units. There is a breakfast bar which can seat 3 persons, great for the kids!

A shower room with WC completes the ground floor.

On the first floor, we have another double bedroom with a large window and patio door leading onto a large balcony, overlooking the pool area. The third bedroom is a twin bedroom, again with a large window and a patio door leading onto a smaller balcony overlooking the popular knossos complex.
Completing the first floor is a large family shower room with WC.

Moving up to the second floor, you are presented with a large roof terrace with panoramic sea views.
Outside is a very large pool area with a beautiful shaded seating area to enjoy. With fencing all the way around, the pool area feels very private. The pool is professionally cleaned for your assurance.

Air-conditioning is provided is all bedroom and living areas. Bath towels and sheets are also provided and are replenished during your stay (for stays of 8 days or more). Beach towels are NOT provided so please bring your own.
